Born from a family of pickers, artists and craftsmen, creating is second nature to me. I've been dumping my hard earned cash into my "hobbies" for years. In 2009 I was determined to have a self-sustaining hobby and hopefully make it profitable. So I decided to do mother nature and myself a favor and found new ways to create wearable art from used clothing.
My mother taught me the basics of sewing when I was barely a teenager and bought me my first sewing machine when I was in college. Other than the basics, I've taught myself everything including drafting my own sewing patterns and screen printing.
I recently built my own 350 sq. ft. studio in my home and it's perfect! I'm currently using 2 sewing machines (Husqvarna Viking Emerald & Singer) and 2 sergers (Singer & White).
My most prized possession in my studio are my electronic scissors. During my 1st Halloween season on Etsy selling my costumes, I found myself with a seriously painful case of tendonitis in my right thumb. These scissors are a life savor and I highly recommend that every seamstress get a pair.

Since its establishment in 2009, my clothing label has been successfully profitable. I have no plans to quit designing clothes anytime soon. I'm having too much fun.
